Discharge process

Your nurse will assist you in the discharge process which may take few hours for completion. Once the final bill is generated, you will be requested to clear your dues by paying cash or cashless mode. The discharge summary will be handed over to the patient. The nurse will give clear instructions on medications that you need to continue after your discharge and any course of follow-up instructions. In case the patient requires a medical ambulance for transport, a request has to me made to the charges nurse with the appropriate payment.
